The
Mundo Utility Bike is designed to promote affordable, scalable
transportation for cargo and people, originally for developing areas of
the world that rely heavily on human-powered mobility in rugged
conditions. Of course, it works just as well carrying tools, sports
equipment, running errands around town, or hauling home a new piece of
furniture that you just picked up at a garage sale. The Mundo Utility
Bike is designed to fit riders of different sizes so any members of a family can use it. The Mundo's upright position is comfortable and can accommodate riders from 4.7" to over 6.3". It's a bike built for anyone, anywhere. The reinforced frame offers increased load stability and makes carrying passengers extremely stable, easy and safe.
We offer the Mundo Cargo Bike in the following Configurations:
Mundo V1 - The first generation Mundo Cargo Bike: Where it all began. Weighs roughly 60 lbs.
 The Mundo V1 Single Speed The original Mundo Bicycle. Single speed. Rock solid.
The Mundo V1 6-speed is ideally suited for mildly rolling terrain and heavier cargo hauling.
The Mundo V1 18-speed is perfect for hilly areas and major load hauling.
Mundo V2 - The next generation Mundo Cargo Bike: Weighs about 47 lbs.
The Mundo V2 Single Speed Much lighter than the original Mundo Bicycle. Single speed. Still rock solid.
The Mundo V2 6-speed is even better suited for mildly rolling terrain and heavier cargo hauling.
The Mundo V2 18-speed is, yes, even more perfect for hilly areas and major load hauling.

The
Mundo's German designers have spec'ed it with quality wheels, including
a standard 48-spoke rear wheel with oversized axle. The Mundo comes
with oversized semi-slick city tires, providing a stable, smooth ride.
The Selle Italiacruiser saddle is very comfortable and well-suited to
the upright riding position.
We
