If, for any reason, you would like to return or exchange your purchase within the first 30 days after product delivery simply contact us. We'll refund your purchase amount or issue a store credit. In the case of warranty claims and shipping damagewe can usually ship a replacement part based on a picture of the problem part.

Free extended warranty! All bicycles purchased from LightenUpBikes.com come with our  against manufacturer defects! Warranty includes all parts. Claims are exchange in most cases (at our discretion) and must be made within 365 days of item delivery date. Shipping, handling, and labor charges are not covered but, if you should find a defective item please contact us at human@LightenUpBikes.com before you ship anything. We can usually* ship a replacement part based on a picture of the problem part.
