Micargi, Firmstrong, & Greenline brand bikes are  "drop shipped" straight to you from the manufacturer. This is what keeps the prices so low on these brands. We do our best to keep the inventory updated but we can't be 100% accurate. If an item that you purchased happens to be out of stock, we will notify you as soon we can with available options so please be sure that we're able to get email past your spam filters! Also, please note that while our default carrier is FedEx, some of our drop shipped items may ship via UPS.

US orders: We ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice (although we recommend using FedEx). When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination.

International orders: We will ship internationally only to verified paypal members with a verified address. Our international orders are shipped via US Mail or UPS and may not include all duties and taxes as these costs are determined by destination country. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so it's usually best to contact us prior to placing international orders.

APOs: Yes, we ship to APOs but commercial carriers won't deliver to APOs so all orders must ship via USPS. Please contact us before purchasing larger items such as adult sized bikes as they may be over USPS size regulations. Additional shipping charges may be necessary as sometimes the post office throws us a curve ball.
